We’re Hiring Internal Operations & Finance Manager – Wilmslow/Hybrid

Langricks is a growing, ambitious accountancy practice with flagship offices in central Wilmslow. We work with businesses ranging from sole traders to multi-million-pound corporates — and we pride ourselves on delivering genuinely personal, strategic advice.

As part of our continued growth and upcoming office integration, we’re looking for an experienced accountant (minimum 5 years in practice) to take ownership of our internal finance function across three legal entities.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for:

• Managing bookkeeping and bank reconciliations

• Revenue, WIP and recovery analysis

• Cash flow and debtor management

• Monthly management accounts

• Forecast modelling

• Supplier payments

• Supporting operational integration and implementing change

This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with real influence — ideal for someone who enjoys practice life but wants to step away from client deadlines and timesheets.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong bookkeeping and practice experience

• Experience with Xero (Iris, Brightpay, Modulr desirable)

• Confident communicator

• Organised, detail-focused, and proactive

• Experience implementing change is a bonus
