Inventories

An inventory is a detailed report showing the condition of your rental property and its contents (if applicable). It is important that your inventory is detailed, using pictures and/or video recordings to record the exact condition of the property. A detailed inventory can prove crucial should the worst happen and your tenant causes damage to your property, this includes deposit disputes.
