Legionella Risk Assessment (LRA)

A Legionella Risk Assessment, or LRA, is an audit carried out to assess the risk of Legionella bacteria being present in a property (domestic or non-domestic). Landlords of residential accommodation have a legal duty to assess the risk of Legionella within a property and introduce control measures to minimise the risk.
