Legal 4 Landlords Celebrate Record Year!<\/p><\/div>\n

Legal4Landlords are celebrating a record breaking 12 months by recruiting extra staff to their Head Office team!<\/p>\n

The Warrington based\u00a0 specialist landlord services <\/a>company look set for a turn-over of \u00a32 Million (GBP) this year, following a great deal of hard work by all their staff and franchises.<\/p>\n

Legal4Landlords<\/a> have relocated the 25 strong head office team to new premises large enough to accommodate both a call centre and a sales centre and plan to recruit a further 10 people to add to the team.<\/p>\n

The company aim to tackle core problem areas faced by landlords and the lettings industry, and Legal4Landlords are the No.1 specialist providers of a variety of services including tenant eviction<\/a>, debt and rent recovery<\/a> and tenant referencing<\/a>.<\/p>\n

The core business was set up by landlords Sim Sekhon, Stephen Moss and Binder Dhillon for landlords in 2008 and became an immediate success with landlords across the UK.<\/p>\n

The company launched its innovative mobile landlord iPhone App<\/a> in 2011, the first of its kind and have followed up with even more innovative products such as Rent Guarantee insurance <\/a>products. The business has seen excellent growth and is still expanding, with 30 franchises across the UK.<\/p>\n

Sim Sekhon said: \u201cThe whole team has worked unbelievably hard over the last few years and it\u2019s paid off. We\u2019ve remained focused on our objectives to help make the lives of landlords and agents easier and we\u2019ve exceeded them. Landlords and agents need our services more than ever in the current climate; evictions are at an all-time high.\u201d<\/p>\n

Mr Sekhon added: \u201cWe\u2019re constantly improving our services and have plenty more plans in the pipeline. Last year we launched a very popular rent guarantee insurance product \u2013 it\u2019s an area of the business that has grown significantly. Looking forward, our main priority will be providing as much support as possible for our growing number of franchises.
