At the end of this intense course we will agree an action plan to help you to identify your first steps in building the foundation of your business.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>This action plan will be regularly reviewed with your franchise manager, and frequent visits will be planned to help support and develop you and your business as it begins to grow.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>On completion of your 10-day course you will shadow the sales team at head office to see what duties they carry out on a day-to-day basis, how they book appointments and how they structure their days\/weeks\/months.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Head office is made up of a number of teams, such as legal, insurance, referencing etc.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Each team has a support member who is an expert in their field.
