We pay genuine commission just for referrals. Then, there\u2019s the not-so-small matter of commission. The amounts we\u2019ve paid out have doubled recently and in March alone the total sum was \u00a325,000. No, that\u2019s not a typo. Of course, this was divided between a number of letting agents, but if we tell you that some of our agents earn sufficient commission in a year to cover the cost of employing a member of staff, you\u2019ll get an idea of the potential earnings.<\/p>\n
