Legalfor<\/em>Landlords has just reached the milestone of 9 years in business. Back in 2009, when Smartphone technology was still new and Christiano Ronaldo was still on Manchester United\u2019s books, as private landlords, we couldn\u2019t find the services we needed. So, we created the business that\u2019s now delivering them to more and more property investors right across the country.<\/p>\n

With 9 years of success, we thought it a good time to pick out 9 reasons to celebrate. Here goes:<\/p>\n

  1. We\u2019ve changed the landscape for legal work.<\/strong> With swift, fixed-fee services, landlords no longer have to pay through the nose for solicitors to solve their problems.<\/li>\n
  2. We offer tenant referencing for all tenants<\/strong>. We don\u2019t cherry-pick the easy jobs, we offer referencing for corporates, students, overseas businesses and tenants on benefits.<\/li>\n
  3. We adapt when technology moves on<\/strong>. Lettings agencies are using our integrated software, and tenants are tracking their references online.<\/li>\n
  4. We\u2019re growing<\/strong>. Our client base continues to expand, and our headcount is always increasing.<\/li>\n
  5. Our clients are better informed and better prepared. <\/strong>Legislation is always changing, but we help our clients cope with webinars, updates, blogs and practical help for Right-to-Rent Checks.<\/li>\n
  6. We\u2019re an Investors In People accredited organisation. <\/strong>We\u2019re nothing without our amazing team, and we do everything we can to develop their skills and careers.<\/li>\n
  7. We\u2019re an award-winning business. <\/strong>We\u2019re rather proud that the Warrington Business Awards voted us Employer of the Year. Added to a silver in the Negotiator Awards and a finalist spot in the E3 Business Awards for Professional Firm of the Year, we think we\u2019re doing okay. <\/strong><\/li>\n
  8. We\u2019re building a team with real strength and experience. <\/strong>By operating three separate divisions for our core insurance, legal and referencing services, we\u2019ve got a depth of knowledge that\u2019s a real benefit for our clients.<\/li>\n
  9. We work hard but we still know how to have a good time. <\/strong>Most businesses wouldn\u2019t have bothered to celebrate 9 years, waiting until they\u2019d reached the decade. That\u2019s not our style. 9 years is <\/em>worth shouting about, especially when, in that time, we\u2019ve grown from nothing into a thriving success. We\u2019re fond of a celebration and will use any excuse for a bit of fun. We had a \u201cwellbeing day\u201d \u2013 just because we deserved it \u2013 and opened a few bottles to toast our ninth birthday.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
