The big names that aren\u2019t up to scratch<\/h1>\n

Maybe you\u2019ll know some of the other providers. They\u2019re not small fry, but long-established businesses with a good profile and reputation. But, surely, customer feedback must be the best way to judge customer satisfaction, and it seems our performance is putting some of the others to shame.<\/p>\n

We\u2019re happy, but \u2026<\/h1>\n

We\u2019re delighted to be outperforming our competitors, but we\u2019re not falling into the trap of being complacent. We don\u2019t look at all our 5-star reviews and ignore the few that buck the trend.<\/p>\n

It is <\/em>great when one of our team is singled out for praise \u2013 we know that they\u2019ve gone the extra mile \u2013 but we need to know when our customers are disappointed too. It doesn\u2019t happen often, but we are human, and if we haven\u2019t lived up to our high standards we want to explore the reasons and put things right.<\/p>\n
