For others, it has become a choice as they wait to see if prices will fall further and not confident in the economy.<br \/>\nWith more and more people renting, more buy to let <a href=\"http:\/\/www.legal4landlords.com\/index\/\">landlords<\/a> are expanding their portfolios or dipping their toes in the rental market for the first time.  It\u2019s a fact that strong yields are achievable in many areas of the UK.  If you do your homework, and buy the right place, as a long term investment, property can be a safe haven for your money.<br \/>\nBefore taking the plunge, do your research on Mortgages and Finance to make sure you\u2019re getting the best deal on the market.
